& Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of nbajii and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nbajii. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform.
1. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

| "Balance" | The aggregate of all funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including deposited funds, winnings credited, and bonus funds where applicable. |
| "Bet" / "Wager" | Any stake placed by a User on any game, event, or market available through the nbajii platform, whether a casino game, live dealer game, sports market, or any other wagering product. |
| "Bonus" | Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered to a User by nbajii, subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. |
| "BDT" / "৳" | Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary transactional currency of the nbajii platform. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country, territory, or region where accessing and using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of nbajii complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. |
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the nbajii platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Bet — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance forms a legally binding contract between you and nbajii. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of any third party or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.
nbajii reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to Users. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the nbajii platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the nbajii Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
nbajii communicates with Users in English. All official notices, policy updates, support responses, and promotional communications are provided in English. By using the platform, you confirm you have sufficient command of English to understand these terms in their entirety.
3. Age Restriction & Eligibility
Access to and use of nbajii is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an Account or placing any Bet on the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. nbajii takes its obligations in this regard seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal.
If nbajii has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under the age of 18, it will suspend that Account immediately, withhold any Balance pending investigation, and conduct a full age verification review. Where underage use is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed, all Bets placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method where technically possible. No winnings will be paid out in respect of Bets placed by an underage User under any circumstances.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to hold an Account with nbajii:
- You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a professional or on behalf of any commercial entity.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of nbajii or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
- You have not previously had an Account with nbajii that was closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
nbajii reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
4. Account Registration
To access the full range of services offered by nbajii, including placing Bets, making Deposits, and claiming Bonuses, you are required to register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other Account access information with any other person. nbajii will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must contact the nbajii support team immediately via live chat at [email protected].
4.1 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of any Balance, and the voiding of all open or settled Bets. nbajii may carry out independent verification checks against the information you provide using third-party identity verification services.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised it. nbajii recommends using a strong, unique password for your Account and enabling any two-factor authentication options available on the platform. You must not allow any other person — including family members — to access or use your Account. Any Bet placed from your Account will be treated as a Bet placed by you, regardless of who actually placed it.
4.3 Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions
If you wish to restrict your own access to nbajii for responsible gaming purposes, you may request a self-exclusion or cooling-off period through the support team. During any self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place Bets. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
nbajii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank accounts including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard are also supported on eligible accounts.
Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods.
Withdrawal Requirements
All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. A minimum of one successful deposit must be made before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and timelines applicable to that method.
5.1 Currency
All transactions on nbajii are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). nbajii does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs associated with cross-border transactions are solely the User's responsibility. nbajii does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Before processing any withdrawal, nbajii may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within the last three months. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be placed on hold until all required documents are reviewed and approved by the compliance team.
nbajii reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, abuse of bonus terms, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, nbajii will notify the User and request additional information as required.
5.3 Dormant Accounts
An Account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. nbajii reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per calendar month to the Balance of a dormant Account. Users will be notified via the registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied. The Account Balance will not be reduced below zero; once the Balance reaches zero, no further fees will be charged.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
nbajii offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Users, including welcome bonuses up to ৳20,000, reload offers, cricket season specials, and festive promotions timed around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major tournament windows. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is communicated.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the Bonus being credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the Bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited without further notice.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
nbajii strictly prohibits any form of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing offsetting or low-risk Bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements; colluding with other Users to exploit promotional structures; and using automated software, bots, or scripts to engage with any promotion. Where Bonus abuse is suspected, nbajii reserves the right to void all associated Bets, forfeit all Bonus funds and related winnings, and permanently close the Account without liability.
6.3 Promotion Availability
nbajii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible Users only and may be subject to geographic restrictions, game-type restrictions, minimum deposit requirements, or time-limited availability. nbajii's decision on all promotional matters is final and binding. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the individual offer terms.
7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
No Fraudulent Activity
Users must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest conduct in relation to their Account or any Bet placed on the platform. This includes providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, and misrepresenting knowledge of event outcomes.
No Automated Systems
The use of bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, scraping scripts, or any other automated system to interact with the nbajii platform is strictly prohibited. All activity on the platform must be carried out manually by the registered Account holder.
No Collusion
Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market — or to exploit promotions, payment systems, or platform features — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in criminal referral in addition to Account closure.
As a User of nbajii, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's infrastructure, or interfere with any other User's enjoyment of the platform.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the nbajii platform, any other User's Account, or any server, system, or network connected to nbajii. You must not introduce any virus, malware, worm, Trojan horse, or other harmful code to the platform. Any such attempt will result in immediate Account closure and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
nbajii operates a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering. You must not use the platform to process, transfer, or conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity. nbajii complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the User where required.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
nbajii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; suspected underage use; suspected collusion or Bonus abuse; or any activity that nbajii reasonably believes may cause harm to the platform, other Users, or any third party.
8.1 Closure by the User
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the nbajii support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon requesting closure, any remaining Account Balance — after deducting any applicable Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Once an Account is closed at the User's request, it may not be reopened without a new registration subject to full eligibility checks.
8.2 Consequences of Closure for Breach
Where an Account is closed by nbajii due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, nbajii reserves the right to void all open Bets, withhold the entire Account Balance where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, and retain any winnings derived from Bets placed in breach of these terms. nbajii's decision on such matters is final, subject to any rights of appeal expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.
8.3 Responsible Gaming Closures
Where an Account is closed or suspended at a User's request for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — nbajii will process any outstanding Balance back to the User in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. A self-excluded User will not receive any promotional communications during the exclusion period and will not be able to open a new Account until the exclusion period has expired and a formal request to reactivate is reviewed and approved by the compliance team.
8.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nbajii's total liability to any User in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. nbajii is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses or damages. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
